Description

As a Communication Advisor at Borea, you will be responsible for creating, managing and executing effective internal and external communications strategies.

Your role will be to develop and implement global communication initiatives, such as event coordination, social media moderation and content creation, in order to strengthen the visibility, reputation and understanding of Borea Construction.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, you will work closely with the senior management team and the various departments to ensure consistent communication.

The position is based in the Lévis, Qc office, in a hybrid formula, temporary 1 year.


Do you have what it takes? Positive energy and...**- Hold a post-secondary degree in communication, marketing, consumer sciences or another related field;

  • Fluency in spoken and written English and French;
  • Demonstrate experience in moderation and content creation for corporate social media (Example responsibility for the employer page Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed);
  • Master one or more graphic design software (Example: Canva).

_ What you will do to complete this mission successfully:_

  • Participate in the organization of corporate events and important company updates (Borea Live, Round Table)
  • Ensure the transition of the new brand image
  • Actively participate in promoting Borea's brand image
  • Create engaging content for social media
  • Update the website (Wordpress) and the Glassdoor, Indeed and LinkedIn employer pages
  • Participate in the coordination of external events (fairs, conferences and other industry events)
  • Collaborate with suppliers (Example: corporate gifts)
  • Create posters, flyers, marketing materials or other communication tools
  • Proposing solutions and collaborating on talent attraction strategies and employer branding in collaboration with the HR department
  • Receive requests for donations and sponsorships
  • Create and put into action an editorial calendar of relevant and interesting content
  • Collaborate with the various departments to identify content opportunities and gather the necessary information
  • All other related tasks.
