    • Salesforce Administrator is must which includes the candidates should know

    1) Monitoring using Dynatrace, Splunk or any tools within salesforce.

    2) Deployments

    3)Salesforce Version upgrades

    4) Troubleshooting

    5) Different tools used for Troubleshooting

    • Production support activities

    1) Change management

    2) Ticket Management

    3) They might be asked to walkthrough couple of major and minor issues that they worked and how they have approached.

    4) If they are familiar with Windows environment, it will be an added advantage.
