We are seeking a skilled Renovator to join our team. As a Renovator, you will be responsible for performing various renovation and construction tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in construction and renovation techniques.


Duties:


  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
  • Estimate construction costs and materials needed for renovations
  • Fabricate and install various components, such as cabinets, countertops, and fixtures
  • Construct and assemble structures using hand tools and power tools
  • Form concrete for foundations, walls, and other structures
  • Install flooring, tiles, and other finishing materials
  • Paint surfaces using appropriate techniques and materials

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Renovator or similar role in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and construction estimating
  • Strong knowledge of various construction techniques and materials
  • Ability to operate bobcat
  • Familiarity with concrete forming
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for construction tasks
  • Carpentry skills required.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- carpentry: 5 years (required)
