Description

Must have:

  • Knowledge and experience with Interactive Voice Response (voice and DTMF), contact centre agent desktop, and other contact centre technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in a variety of contexts (e.g., Banking, Public Sector, Telecom)
  • Senior System Tester with 5+ years of experience in process, planning, organizing and implementing testing effortsExperience with manual testing
Experience in working with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software.

  • Knowledge of the systems development cycle (SDLC), software test life cycle (STLC), project management.
  • Experience with defect management and test execution reporting systems, particularly Application Life-Cycle Management (ALM)
  • Experience executing functional tests, nonfunctional tests and systems level integration tests
  • Experience writing functional, nonfunctional and systems level integration test cases
  • Ability to understand testing needs, plan, design and execute scenarios
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of automated test tools, particularly Hammer, and version control systems on one or more platforms

Other Technical Skills - 30%:

  • 5+ years experience in API testing, XML, Web Services, REST API
  • Experience with web services testing automation, planning and procedures
  • Good ability to identify and resolve web services user interface issues

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
$400.00-$450.00 per day


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Banking, Public Sector, Telecom: 1 year (required)
  • Systems Testing/QA Specialist: 8 years (required)
Interactive Voice Response: 2 years (required)
