Duties and responsibilities:

Prepare and process import/export documents.
Clear shipments of imported products, compile needed documentation for export shipments.
Know and follow all related regulations, laws, and procedures.
Prepare and process ACI and ACE manifests.
Keep track of and trace the location of goods.
Co-ordinating when they are audited by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or other government departments.
Request or compile necessary import documentation, such as customs invoices, certificates of origin, and cargo-control documents.
Clear goods through customs and to their destinations for clients.
Coordinate logistics or other business operations.
Calculate data to inform organizational operations.
Coordinate regulatory documentation activities.
Co-ordination with the drivers about the customs and advising about their port of entry.
Helping the food inspection agency with all required documents to clear the border process.


Salary:
$20.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Laval, QC H7T 0E8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
