Description
- Organize a strong summer business plan for April November 2024 outling clear goals, profit margins and proposals
- Support a crew of 36 employees with clear communication
- Manage entire project from start to finish, including monitoring and status updates
- Final Grade, regrading, Sod installation, tree planting
- Deliver high quality projects on time and budget
Requirements:
- Experience working residential rehabilitation projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in a leadership position
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Show Daily, weekly and monthly Targets
$25.00-$27.00 per hour dependant on experience
Salary:
$25.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
