Job Description Summary:
As the Remote Bilingual National Support Leader, you will be responsible for set up and maintenance of remote connectivity for GE Healthcare imaging and Life Care systems at customer sites.
You will provide technical troubleshooting support to both internal and external customers.This can include:
configuring and maintaining GE Healthcare routers; configuring and troubleshooting IPsec, IKE/ISAKMP VPN tunnels; TLS/SSL connection troubleshooting; configuring different VPN appliances, routers and firewall platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide remote connectivity to GE Healthcare Imaging and Life Care Systems using VPN and other methods
- Perform system level analysis to identify root cause and take appropriate actions for connectivity
- Continuously maintain knowledge of all technical components in the current marketplace, GEHC remote connectivity platforms, core use cases, and modality specific configuration procedures including software firewall and connectivity agent as applicable
- Ability to effectively work with internal/external customers during the troubleshooting process
- Ability to work on multiple simultaneous tasks and effectively prioritize to meet targets
- Small to large scale VPN maintenance including migrations and consolidations in partnership with internal/external customers
- Other connectivity duties as requested
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree
- CCNA Certification
- Bilingual in English & French
- Attention to detail and effective decisionmaking capabilities
- Excellent customer service skills; able to work with customers with various technical skill sets
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
Desired Characteristics:
- CCNA, CCNP or CCIE Certification
- 3 years of experience working with IT project/platforms
- Bachelor's degree or advance technical degree preferred
