Description
We are seeking a proactive and efficient House Manager to oversee the smooth operation of a private household. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities. No prior experience is necessary, but strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills are essential.


DUTIES:

  • Personal Care: Assist an individual with a physical disability with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, and any other support required.
  • Housekeeping: Ensure all areas of the household are kept clean, organized, and sanitized to the highest standards including laundry.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare meals, including planning, cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and replenish household supplies such as cleaning products, groceries, and personal care items.
  • Errands: Run occasional errands such as grocery shopping, and other householdrelated tasks.
  • Yard Work: Maintain the outdoor areas of the property including gardening, lawn care, and seasonal maintenance tasks.
  • Childcare: Provide care and supervision for children as needed, including engaging in ageappropriate activities and ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake any other household tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the employer.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proactive and fast-paced with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to speak and understand English fluently.
  • Valid driver's license considered an asset but not required.
