Who you are


You're a marketing professional who is looking to take the next step in your career by leveraging your creative ideas in a fast-moving industry.

As a Marketing Coordinator you will be a key member of the Canadian Marketing Studio team to support brokerage and assist with other service line projects and marketing requests.

You will play an important role in the development and implementation of day-to-day marketing activities and content.


You will be responsible for assisting with business development proposals, property marketing campaigns, internal and external presentations, client events, administration, and some design work.

You will also be responsible for supporting the creation of business development proposals, property marketing campaigns, presentations, events, and ad-hoc marketing requests.

You will contribute to the success of the marketing team by being involved in the full project cycle from ideation, planning, execution, production, and final deliverable, ensuring strong communication within the team and stakeholders throughout, and meeting timelines.


What you bring- 1 to 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in the real estate industry or professional services.- Degree and/or Certificate in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.- Strong understanding of digital and print advertising platforms.- High level of computer proficiency and CMS experience.- Experience supporting and advocating within a change management environment.- Ability to engage senior stakeholders.- Comfortable in a complex, flat matrix organizational structure with many stakeholders.- Capacity to write and generate content with strong editing and proofreading skills with an emphasis on business writing and an understanding articulating client value.- Analytical, detail-oriented nature with experience using numbers to deliver marketing insights and action.- Willing to work flexible hours as needed.

Bonus skills and experience- Residential and/or commercial real estate marketing experience.- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign)


What success looks like- You will be an integral member of the marketing team and a trusted advisor to the Marketing and Brokerage business.- You will leverage your expertise to bring new ideas to the table.- You will assist marketing service line leads and Marketing Specialists with the project management and execution of small to medium scale property marketing programs.- You will assist with the development, implementation, and execution of project marketing strategies that support business objectives (in pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and property marketing materials) - while ensuring quality, brand integrity and timeliness of those deliverables.- You will create marketing materials including internal and external presentations, and some design work- You will effectively coordinate the promotion and updating of ongoing internal communications: flat screens, posters, walls of fame, lobby displays, internal blog, and eblasts where applicable.
