What you will be doing:


  • Answering Inbound calls from our customers
  • Listen carefully to customers, and personalize their experience
  • Resolve challenging situations while maintaining call control
  • Support your peers by working together and sharing winning strategies> that is how we offer impeccable services
  • Fluently Bilingual in English and French
  • Have High school or higher education preferred
  • Can adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Are motivated by helping others and gaining people's trust
  • Have mastered the art of analyzing and problemsolving
  • Have an appreciation of technology
  • Have already worked in the customer service industry, whether it be call center or retail
