Summary:

Role and Responsibilities:

A major focus will be the design, implementation and support of reliability programs. These programs may include utilization of Vibration, Oil, Infrared, Ultrasonic and Motor technologies.

Design:

Technology selection/optimization for critical and essential assets
Plant control system and machine reliability program integration
Support design and development of program goals and KPI's

Implementation:

System/program installation and commissioning
Technology deployment, baseline acquisition

Support:

Field data capture, analysis and reporting
Asset and system optimization
Formal and informal training
Data Analytic Software Tools

Qualifications and Skills:

Engineering Degree (Mechanical preferred) or Engineering Technologist Diploma with equivalent experience or trade Certification (Heavy Duty, Automotive, Millwright) is preferred.
Formal Vibration, Thermography, and Tribology training or certification considered an asset.
Strong mechanical aptitude
Proven customer service skills
Effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Knowledge and experience with rotating & reciprocating machinery
Base knowledge of Network and IT systems
Highly motivated and innovative selfstarter
Ability to work in a team environment.
Extensive travel and site time; valid driver's license required
Entrepreneurial work ethic
