- Collect, analyze, interpret, summarize and report on both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Provides market research on industry benchmarks and best practices, forecasts, analysis, results, and consumer trends to continually identify opportunities for initiatives.
- Design survey and research models to fulfill both short- and long-term customer experience research requirements for internal clients, this is done through a combination of:
- selecting the appropriate research methodology;
- developing the customer research plan;
- assembling the project team and resources;
- monitoring the progress of the study;
- analyzing the collecting customer feedback;
- interpreting the results of research; and
- communicating results to internal clients, both in verbal debriefings and in written records.
- Participate in cross-functional work teams to provide creative solutions and collaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders to plan, develop and implement projects and activities representing customer experience and business improvement.
- Represent customer experience in projects to identify current and future business needs, industry best practices, opportunities and challenges of the organization or other department(s).
- Perform a variety of roles within in projects, which includes providing analysis of costs and benefits as inputs to business cases; providing requirements; performing customer journey mapping exercises; change management; and project consultations as required.
- Develop, organize and deliver presentations, reports and briefings for internal audiences.
- Provide recommendations and executing operational improvements to methods, systems and procedures that impact SaskEnergy's customers, employees, and operations.
- Develop support materials for internal and external use promoting ideal customer experiences.
- Track budget and processes related expenses and invoices within area of responsibility.
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- University Degree in Business Administration or Commerce with a minimum of four (4) Marketing classes.
- Pre-Qualifying Skills Assessment.
- Three (3) years experience in a business environment, at least one (1) year with an emphasis on marketing related activities.
