We have an exciting opportunity for aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Renal Dialysis within the Alberta Kidney Care – North (AKC-N) program.
A Designated Float Licensed Practical Nurse – Renal Dialysis supports the staffing needs of Alberta Kidney Care – North for vacant shifts due to planned or unplanned staff absences.
You will support the relief staffing needs at 7 sites. Flexibility to meet the ever-changing relief needs of the program is essential in this position.As a member of the multi-disciplinary team, the Licensed Practical Nurse - Renal Dialysis is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation patient care decisions are made with multidisciplinary team collaboration The LPN-Renal dialysis provides patient family centered care acute chronic renal failure populations The LPN-renal dialysis will practice within guidelines philosophy AKC-N
