In this exciting role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of candidates for our operations team to create strong talent pipelines for the company's current and future hiring needs.

Create job postings for internal and external advertising within various professional organizations and other appropriate venues, including all social media platforms, to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Maintain hiring requisitions and prepare reports on recruitment metrics.
With support from Manager, Human Resources, recruit Temporary Foreign Workers.
Lead employer branding initiatives for Connors Bros.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

Implement employee surveys for new employees within the first 60 days and conduct exit interviews to understand improvement opportunities for employee engagement.

University graduate preferably in Human Resources Management.
Experience in recruitment is preferred.
Familiarity with social media and recruitment strategies
Comfortable presenting to large groups and developing professional networks.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
