    Position: Senior Analyst - Revenue and Reporting

    Your responsibilities in a few words:
    Execute end of month revenue process and analyze results - Troubleshoot revenue recognition process in ERP (NetSuite) - Analyze monthly billed revenue and report preparation - Monitor various revenue initiatives - Reconcile payroll and accounts Associates - Complete prepaid depreciation process as well as expense allocations - Analyze payroll monthly - Assist management in fulfilling reporting responsibilities, including adjustments to US GAAP - Maintain updates monthly consolidated reporting files and perform monthly balance sheet and earnings analysis - Review currency movements and intercompany transactions - Prepare sales tax reports and assist with government tax requests - See bank reconciliations - Support forecasts and budget activities as required - Update cash flow forecasts - Assist in creating new internal accounting policies and maintaining existing policies - Sales tax/VAT filings and GL posting - Review daily processes and tasks to expedite and improve workflow – Participate in the planning and implementation of selected software solutions to improve operational efficiencies – Support audit requests, monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and cash flow

    Your strengths for this position:

    • Hold a CPA designation

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing or accounting, in a business or firm

    • Master the Office Suite (advanced Excel)

    • Familiarity with NetSuite or an ERP system (assets)

    • Have worked with the USGAAP component (asset)

    • Knowledge of international accounting standards (asset)

    • Bilingualism: required
