An established, main stream organization is currently sourcing for an experienced, hands-on and operationally focused condominium Property Manager with a General License to oversee a couple of diversified high profile sites.

The company is a successful and reputable development and management company who is looking for an individual who can hit the ground running and bring their expertise and ideas to the portfolio.

Duties include overseeing the day to day management of properties, staff supervision, tenant relations, tendering and managing capital projects including building and leasehold improvements, ensuring high standards of operations, maintenance and repairs throughout the building as well as health and safety, leasing, overseeing AP and AR and communicating financial performance and budget variances with management.

• Manage employees assigned to maintenance and operations
• Supervise subcontractors while they are onsite.
• Completes the property management function including liaising with tenants/clients and corporation board, ensuring contractor standards are met and identifying any improvements/maintenance that may be required.
• Oversee maintenance and security of buildings, as well as Landscape and Grounds maintenance
• Develops, modifies and oversees all aspects of building operations

• Ensure that OHSA legislation and regulations are being adhered to as per Management's Safety Program.

• A minimum of 5 years experience in Property Management combined with relevant post secondary education and CMRAO ( General License )
• Valid Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
• Excellent knowledge of building systems is considered an asset.
• Proficiency in Yardi is an asset and you must have strong Microsoft office skills.

• First class verbal and written communication skills are required as well as the ability to develop and sustain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships as a team player
• Strong leadership and supervisory/management skills
• The ability to multitask with multiple priorities while ensuring that deadlines are met
• Completes Health and Safety training programs: WHMIS, Emergency First Aid
