    Brandt is currently looking to fill a Director of Web position in our Regina, SK location.

    This position will report to the Vice President of Customer Experience and oversee all web functions, including building the business' overall public web experience, to support our teams' requirement for high level of service and excellent consumer experience.

    The Director of Web is a key pillar in Brandt's customer experience strategy. Customers are increasingly demanding information and interactions through digital channels and platforms. Brandt's public web experience in the starting point for our customer's journey to other interactions with Brandt systems and people. It is also central to most of our marketing and advertising operations.

    This role requires a variety of skills, from a high degree of business acumen to strong and wide-reaching technical competence, with good organizational skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

    Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Develop and lead a team of web specialists focused on the building and operating a complex public web experience.
  • Develop, own, and promote Brandt's public web strategy, in consultation with key stakeholders across the company, and aligned with the company's strategic priorities.
  • Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's public web systems.
  • Design a scalable content integration process to support the growing needs of the business and the growing web team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, primary administrator and internal expert on our web strategy and systems.
  • Work with stakeholders from Executive, Sales, Sales Support, Information Technology, Customer Support, and Marketing to align company goals with web priorities.
  • Build and manage the day-to-day operations of a web team, including coaching, performance management and mentorship.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of cost and resource scoping for large web projects as well as during normal operations for the business.

    Required Skills

  • Possess a post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in web marketing, preferably in a senior web leadership role.
  • Experience with content management systems, webapps, content delivery networks, marketing automation, web analytics, and similar technologies.
  • Experience managing multi-thousand-dollar project budgets, negotiating vendor contracts, and successfully getting approvals from decision makers in required.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering large-scale web strategies for a business, resulting in an increase in customer lifetime value and revenue for the organization.
  • Proven experience building and leading a team, demonstrating exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in the establishment of procedures for monitoring progress against the business' plans.
  • Communication skills - Being a collaborative position, effective execution of cross-functional and departmental duties will be highly dependent on your ability to communicate to different stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating high quality reports and documentation for both internal and external audiences.
  • Analytical skills - Keen interest and ability in conducting analyses of data and deriving insight from those data analyses.
