WHO YOU ARE


Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be joining a high performing team of creative self-starters comprised of art directors, copywriters, UX, UI and traditional designers.

The Resource Manager will establish a steady workflow, ensure efficient delivery, and enable our creative teams to focus on delivering their best work


This role will be responsible for managing creative resourcing and workflow, and will act as a champion of process within the team.

They will be responsible for identifying executional priorities and load-balancing the team as client needs ebb and flow. An ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, problem solve, and provide proactive solutions is key.


Responsibilities:

Establish, implement, and maintain the workflow across team resources
Work with creative and account leads to assign resources to incoming projects based on skills, experience, and workload
Establish and maintain a pipeline view of upcoming work, to help ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained
Identify and proactively problem-solve potential risks and conflicts
Own the relationship with freelance resources


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


Must have:

3+ years in Project/Resource management
Experience leveraging Project Management software to help teams manage workflow and utilization (i.e. Workbook, Jira, Asana, Wrike, etc.)
Experience in an agency environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience managing priorities and timelines for a high volume of projects
Ability to create, document, and iterate on process, driving efficiency and leading to repeatable practices within the organization


Nice to have:

Telco experience
