We are looking for an ambitious and responsible individual to work in an office environment as part of our team providing customers with top quality account management.

We will provide training.

Edge Marketing & Research is a customer contact management centre located in Mississauga. We provide inbound telephone agent services, outbound telephone agent services, social media monitoring and live online chat agent services. We have been in business for 20 years.

This position is for inbound customer service and order processing.
