Teddy Beer is a brand-new spot in Downtown Toronto that's all about creating awesome moments. Currently we are building a team of talented and passionate individuals who will share our vision for creating a unique and memorable bar experience.
Responsibilities:

Menu Development: As a vital member of our team, you'll have the exciting opportunity to create and develop our menu. Dive into the art of flavors, textures, and presentation to show the distinctive character of
Teddy Beer.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and service in the kitchen
- Create and develop menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring highquality food production
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage food waste and implement sustainable practices in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a chef or cook
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation guidelines

Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour

Experience:
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
