Cleaning and sanitizing butcher and slaughter production areas and everything in between to ensure top-quality food safety standards.
Operating cleaning equipment like high-pressure hoses to clean production equipment.
Using cleaning chemicals with respect and following Material Safety Data Sheets.
Ensuring all Quality Assurance checks are performed.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area throughout the facility.
Collaborating as a team to meet tight deadlines, ensuring production floors operate on time.

We are looking for people who are:
Fit and capable of working in a physically demanding role. Capable of bending, lifting, and work the Monday to Friday shift from 11:30 PM to 8:00 repetitive manual tasks and standing for long periods of timeof working in diverse environments, including exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and odorsof one (1) to seven (7) months experience in sanitation, or industrial cleaning or heavy-duty cleaningof Secondary school or equivalent experienceto effectively communicate in Englishleast 18 years old to meet the minimum age requirementHyLife is dedicated to promoting equal employment opportunities for all job applicants, including those who identify as a member of the following groups: Indigenous people, Newcomers to Canada, Older workers, Veterans, and Visible minorities
