Description

• Operate and maintain a variety of printing machinery to produce highquality prints
• Oversee the loading and unloading of paper, ink, and other materials required for printing
• Ensure the optimal performance of printing machines through routine maintenance and adjustments
• Identify and resolve issues with the printing equipment through regular inspection and troubleshooting
• Monitor the production process to ensure that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
• Conduct quality control assessments to ensure all printed materials are free from defects and errors
• Coordinate with team members to prioritize and schedule printing jobs
• Maintain and manage records of orders, inventory, and production output
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members as required

• Proven experience in operating a variety of printing machines
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a similar role
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and production schedules
• Extensive knowledge of different types of paper stock, ink, and printing materials
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on printing equipment
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
• Physical ability to lift heavy boxes of paper and supplies
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and liaise with other supervisors
• Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is a plus
