Raise Workforce is working with one of the largest providers of lifting equipment and services in Canada.

They are looking to bring an Inside Sales Support Administrator onto their team that will be supporting the Inside sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering accurate and timely quotes for their Inspections services team.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with Agreement Sales Representatives to build and present quotes to customers based on their specific asset lists and product needs.

This is an ideal position for someone that can be the driving force behind ensuring that the sales team has the information they need to succeed.

This is an Inside Administrative Support role working out of the Burlington office and a hands-on position that requires strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a willingness to take ownership of your personal development.

You will be

Handle preparing of quotes for equipment inspections, working closely with the Agreement Sales Representatives to deliver accurate and timely quotes to customers
Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure that quotes align with customer inspection needs and compliance requirements
Assist the agreement sales team to allow for more facetoface time with customers
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Why this is the right job for you

Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous work experience in the industrial service industry is considered an asset
Basic understanding of computer systems and a willingness to work handson with the service teams
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, as well as excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
