Summary:

Produced Assumes responsibility for planning, scheduling and coordinating workload, including the following activities: a. Planning - Ensures that the necessary resources will be available when required. b. Scheduling - Schedules work, monitors work progress and reports any deviations. c. Coordination - Distributes workload, determines priorities and assumes responsibility for day-to-day activities related to assigned tasks. Quality of Work Produced - Ensures quality of work, which must be performed in accordance with minimum company standards. Create general awareness of the need to meet quality standards and promote the importance of quality. Personnel - Workforce Management Responsible for the overall supervision, accountability and direction of all persons under his/her control.

This responsibility includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Selection and hiring 2. Orientation and training 3. Supervision and attendance management 4.

Productivity - Cost Control and Efficiency To ensure that the production level of the department is maximized by ensuring that the operating costs of the department are minnimized through value-added production environment.


Responsibilities:

Quantity of Work Output Responsible for the planning, scheduling and coordination of the workload, including the following activities:
Planning - Ensures resources will be available when needed.

Scheduling - Assigns work schedules, establishes progress and communicates any deviations


Coordinating - Distributes workload, establishes priorities and is responsible for day-to-day activities of the assigned work Quality of Work Output Responsible to ensure quality of the work meets the minimum standards of the organization.

Maintains a general awareness amongst the staff of the quality standards and promotes the importance of quality. Personnel - Labour Management Responsible for overall supervision, accountability and direction of all direct reports.


Includes the following activities:
1. Selection & Hiring 2. Orientation & Training 3. Supervision and Attendance Management 4. Performance Reviews 5.

Productivity - Cost Control & Efficiency Supervisor is responsible to maximize the level of output of his/her department by ensuring operating costs of the department are minimized through a lean manufacturing environment.


Requirements:

Experience in management 2 to 5 years

Aviation industry and paint experience is an asset
