• Plan and implement ageappropriate educational activities and lesson plans for children
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive early childhood education program
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and progress

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
• Familiarity with special education strategies and techniques is a plus
• Bilingual skills (English and another language) are highly desirable

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to create a positive learning environment for children
• Passion for educating young children and helping them reach their full potential

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field is preferred
• Valid certification in early childhood education is a plus
