What will you do?
- Responsible for all Quality topics at production
- Report Quality KPIs to management
- Supports Quality and Safety certification audits (ISO 9001, CSA, TUV, IEC-Ex, ...)
- Runs Root Cause Analysis and Corrective actions for Non-Conformance issues at Production as well as at Customer sites.
What will you need to succeed?
- Minimum 5 years experience at Electrical Manufacturing
- Detail oriented personality
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Salary is commensurate with experience, and ranges between $ 65,800 CAD - 90,000 CAD, excluding bonus and benefits. In addition to base salary, this role includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus of 10% of base salary, based on Company performance metrics.
