    Position Summary:
    • Promote employee engagement and development by providing timely feedback, career progression plans, training schedules, and other supports as needed
    • Forecast monthly revenues and expenses and adapting pricing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
    • Develop relationships with a loyal customer base to aid in year-round sustainable business development and growth
    • Manage and oversee commercial HVAC projects from start to finish
    • Lead and mentor a team of estimators, project coordinators, installers and fabricators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
    • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and communication is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability of HVAC projects
    • Assignment of daily, monthly, and project-based tasks to employees, providing support as needed
    • Clearly communicate with staff to ensure accurate expectations, job performance, and changes as they occur within the project/job sites
    Required Qualifications:
    • 5-8 years of proven experience in a managerial role effectively leading people
    • Certification in the Sheet Metal or Mechanical Engineer
    • Proven record of developing and achieving strategic goals
    • Knowledge of the HVAC industry, equipment, and processes
    • Must be willing to relocate to Lethbridge, AB
    • Knowledge and experience in providing estimates and take-offs
    • Desire to coach employees through professional development, training, and career progression plans
    • Ability to build relationships with new customers, existing clients, and suppliers
    • Ability to create and understand financial projections and creatively pivot sales strategies as needed
    • Strong organizational skills, including scheduling and coordinating tasks of others, and providing needed support
