Description

Pentco Industries is a kitchen cabinet door manufacturing facility for a shipper/reciever.

Shipper/Receiver

Forklift and first aid experience is beneficial, but not essential. Possess the ability to read a tape measure and calculate required dimensions. Basic math skills are a requirement. (Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division). Applicant must have reasonable communication skills both verbal and written.


Duties:

• Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents and check for damages.
• Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and update records.
• Operate order picker and other equipment to fulfill orders.
• Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and safety procedures
• Assist with ecommerce order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse distribution area.
• Follow MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Built crates and package orders.

Skills:

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse management preferred.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and order fulfillment software.
• Familiarity with operating order picker and other warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging and labeling items
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Table saw experience

$23.00-$27.00 per hour
