Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Analytics Co-op to join our service delivery team. In this role, you will analyze operational data across ITSM functions—Incidents, Problems, Changes, Service Requests,and Timesheets—to uncover patterns,trends,and actionable insights.
