Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts and products according to technical drawings and specifications.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Perform basic programming tasks using CAM software.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure production goals are met.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 years of experience operating CNC machines.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Experience working with a variety of materials, including plastics, metals, and composites.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to a diversified work environment and take on new challenges.
