Responsibilities:
- Integration of prototype assemblies, subsystems and full systems using draft instructions.
- Provide feedback to engineers and scientists to improve designs and processes.
- Assist engineers and scientists with procurement and organization of prototype parts.
- Collaborate with engineers, and project managers to coordinate lab activities and support project objectives.
- R&D lab organization and daytoday management, including responsibilities such as maintaining supplies and materials inventories, equipment management, 5S, etc.
- Support subsystem and system level prototype testing.
- Support sustaining engineering project documentation and execution.
- Support transfer to manufacturing, e.g., through iterative development of assembly and test instructions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) with at least 3 years of experience in a relevant industrial setting
- Excellent communication skills, facilitating seamless interaction within the team and across departments.
- Proactive and resultsoriented attitude, driven to achieve tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with crossfunctional teams.
