Responsibilities:

Integration of prototype assemblies, subsystems and full systems using draft instructions.
Provide feedback to engineers and scientists to improve designs and processes.
Assist engineers and scientists with procurement and organization of prototype parts.
Collaborate with engineers, and project managers to coordinate lab activities and support project objectives.
R&D lab organization and daytoday management, including responsibilities such as maintaining supplies and materials inventories, equipment management, 5S, etc.
Support subsystem and system level prototype testing.
Support sustaining engineering project documentation and execution.
Support transfer to manufacturing, e.g., through iterative development of assembly and test instructions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) with at least 3 years of experience in a relevant industrial setting
Excellent communication skills, facilitating seamless interaction within the team and across departments.
Proactive and resultsoriented attitude, driven to achieve tasks efficiently and effectively.
Strong collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with crossfunctional teams.
