Description
Our client, a successful capital equipment dealer, is searching for a Branch Sales Manager in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.The Branch Sales Manager will manage the sales activities for the branch including the implementation of objectives and sales processes.
The position is responsible for sales metrics in addition to attracting, retaining, and coaching Territory Managers.Manage and coach sales professionals in the Yorkton branch along with direct responsibility for specified accounts as needed based on growth strategy.
Create and manage development plans for Territory ManagersEnsure sales metrics and goals are met for the region
Ensure a consistent sales process is followed
Provide input in the development of the whole goods marketing strategy
Work with Sales Management team to identify and execute best practices
Manage sales budgets for the branch, in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectives
May be involved in the development and implementation of incentive plans for sales team and customers
May assist with creating the Sales Department business plan with Territory Manager and Branch Manager
May oversee or assist with used and new inventory levels/metrics
Participate in training programs as required for the development of skills and knowledge
Post-secondary education in Ag Business, Marketing or related field; Associates/Bachelors degree preferred. 3+ years sales experience, 1+ years sales management experience
~ Ability to define and implement sales processes, use sales computer applications and tools as well as confidence in using computer applications, technology and tools
~ Valid driver's license required
~ Willing to travel and able to work flexible hours
