Principales responsabilités:

- Support opérationnel de niveau 2/3
- Gestion des incidents
- Gestion des demandes
- Gestion des changements
- Talan Canada is growing and looking for a Network Security Administrator consultant to join our Montréal office.

Main Responsibilities:

- Providing level 2/3 operations support
- Incident management
- Request management
- Change management

5+ ans d'expérience en sécurité réseau et/ou sécurité des opérations

Bonne connaissance professionnelle en:

- Firewall Operations comme Fortinet, Checkpoint et Cisco ASA Firewalls
- Bonne connaissance pratique des services et protocoles Internet
- Proxy Web ou similaire
- Technologie VPN à distance et de Site à Site
- Répartiteurs de charge tels que NetScaler et F5.
- 5+ years of experience in network security and/or security operations

Good working knowledge of:

- Firewall Operations such as Fortinet, Checkpoint & Cisco ASA Firewalls
- Good working knowledge of Internet services and protocols
- Web Proxy or similar
- Remote and Site to Site VPN technology
- Load balancers like NetScaler and F5
- General understanding of the network security standards
- Strong knowledge of ITIL - IT Infrastructure management best practices
- Experience working in Agile environment
