Description

We are currently hiring part-time on-call associate processors for our LaSalle (Montreal) branch.

Your mission at GardaWorld:

You will be responsible for the counting and verification of cash packages from our customers.

What will you do:

Check, process and balance incoming work (packages) using various systems and machines;
Forward processed items to appropriate areas for further processing;
Maintain compliance with all risk and governance standards by fully completing all required documentation;
Participates as an active team member in the department and assists with secretarial duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, ordering stationery and shipping supplies to ensure departmental efficiency;
Meet or exceed established productivity standards

- (If assigned as an Associate, Learning) Provide training to new employees using the methodology and tools of the Associate, Learning Program;

Your profile:

Experience in a banking center operations or item processing environment;
Ability to operate general office equipment (e. g. adding machine, fax machine, copy machine, scanner, printer);
High school diploma or equivalent recognized by the Ministry of Education
Available to work on call
Understand French instructions
Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs. repeatedly
Good team player, good concentration and logical thinking
Methodical person with good organizational skills
