We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Scheduler to join our amazing Coordination team.

Do you enjoy problem solving and piecing together puzzles? Are you a social person who enjoys talking on the phone? Our Client Service Coordinator is the main point of contact to our Staff and Clients.

Negotiation and customer service skills will be used every day when scheduling our team of home care providers in the community.


Two week rotational Shift:


Week One - Monday Night & Thursday Night

Week Two - Monday Night, Friday Night, Saturday Day/Night & Sunday Day/Night

Job Qualification


Education
Minimum - Secondary School Diploma along with completion of a related coursed such as Medical Terminology is preferred.


Experience
A minimum of two years related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.


Other Skills and Abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated competency in keyboarding and
Windows scheduling software.

Ability to operate all standard office equipment; proficiency in written and spoken English as well as French in Branch Offices that provide service to French speaking clients.
