Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our new office in Brockville
This position will be a senior member of the management team with a significant role in the overall performance of the company.
Established in 1977, WINMAR is recognized as one of Canada's largest property restoration networks with over 100 locations across the country.
We work with insurance companies, industry, institutions and governments and specialize in water damage, fire and smoke restoration services, mould and asbestos removal, contents management as well as damage restoration and disaster recovery.
As general contractors, we also specialize in construction, renovation, demolition and other services.Job Duties
- Inspects damaged buildings to determine the work needed to stabilize emergency sites and then return buildings back to their original condition
- Work with your peers to dispatch crews to complete emergency assignments
- Estimate the equipment, manpower and materials required to accomplish each project using industry approved software
- Respond to Emergencies on a 24 hour on call basis on a regular rotation schedule
- Ensure company protocol is followed and industry Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are met or exceeded
- Manage existing client relationships and foster and grow new relationships with industry partners
- Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience, preferably in the Restoration industry
- Construction / Restoration / Insurance experience preferred
- Possesses solid computer skills
- Have, or have the ability to achieve IICRC certification in Fire and Smoke, Odour Control and/or Water Damage, etc.
- Strong experience in managing people and projects
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices
- Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per
WINMAR's vehicle policy - Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Clean CPIC
Compensation
