PLAN Edmonton is looking for compassionate people to fill the role of a Personal Network Facilitator in Edmonton.

A facilitator assists individuals and their family, to create a network of support that is going to be there today and long into the future.

A network has family, paid support and people who are there because they care, friends and allies.

You must have experience &/or training working with people with a disability, be community minded & have strong interpersonal & networking skills.

You will be self motivated and be able to keep accurate records of your time.

You will be guided by the Network Coordinator, and the family and be part of an amazing team of experienced facilitators that will be available to mentor you.

This is a very casual part-time contract position ideal for someone wanting to supplement their income, work casual hours only and/or have flexibility to accommodate varying days and hrs.

including weekends and evening's. You will be working with multiple families and their loved one with a disability. This is much different than support work You will be helping to connect someone to their best life, and people need people to do that
