Administrative Coordinator, Legal Services
Charlwood Pacific Group (CPG) is a privately held company headquartered in Vancouver, BC.

As one of the leading companies in the franchising/real estate industry, CPG is seeking staff that are not only strong in their own aptitudes but care deeply about supporting their team and overall working environment.

This is a hybrid-remote/office position that requires 2/5 days working in person.


Primary Function:
Provide administrative and legal secretarial support for Managing and Executives of CPG and its affiliated companies. Provide legal information and assess eligibility and suitability for services. Job duties entail program coordination, administration, client/file management, legal research and industry related updates, and other related duties.


Qualifications:


  • Grade 12 education supplemented by Legal Administration courses/program
  • Preference for completed courses in Law, Sociology, or related disciplines
  • Preference for 3 years Administration experience in law environment, or similar work environment
  • Or equivalent combination of education or experience; related outofcountry experience applicable.


The successful applicant will be rated in their ability to communicate effectively, provide quality service in a timely and professional manner while exhibiting diplomacy, organize and proactively identify and analyze problems and make decisions within policy, procedures, and guidelines while exhibiting sound judgement and discretion where required.

Program knowledge requirements

  • Typing speed at 45 wpm
  • MS Outlook, Word and Excel,
  • PDF and/or similar programs

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
