Position Summary:

**North America support

    Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Answering inquiries and complaints
  • Troubleshooting medical equipment

- tier
  • Provide general support for the sales team
  • Updating/Maintaining customer database
  • Redirecting calls and messages
  • Other duties or projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:


  • University/College degree
  • 1 to 2 years' experience working in an environment involving inbound/outbound calls
  • Minimum 1+ year experience of customer service
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly
  • Ability to deescalate and diffuse challenging situations and successfully resolve customer issues diplomatically and professionally
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to manage priorities, execute multiple tasks and projects and assignments effectively
  • Strong team player a must
  • Must be available to work overtime when required

Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM tools is a plus
  • Medical device experience is a plus
  • Laser experience is a plus
  • Strong English is a must;

Salary:
$42,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
