WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
What you'll be doing
- Process medical claims
- Resolve issues effectively
- Provide assistance in billing and software
- Coach physicians on OHIP Billing
- Maintain accurate customer account records
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must-haves:
- Proven OHIP Billing work experience (2+ years)
- 4+ years of administrative and customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail and customerfocused mindset
- A strong understanding of general computer knowledge
- Deadlinedriven and resultsoriented; able to meet consistently highquality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Outstanding personal skills and be able to work well in a team
- College/University degree
Nice-haves:
- Completion of certified courses
- Medical Billing or equivalent
- Remote work experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel)
