Over the past two years, my team and I rocked the Guelph area, selling and delivering homeowner projects worth $280,000.

Position:
Sales Team Member

Services: Primarily windows and eaves cleaning

Experience Needed: No industry-specific information is required We're all about developing business skills in leaders early in their careers.

Basic Qualifications: G2 Driver's License, Part-Time Availability hours): January-April, Full-time hours): May to August, Reside in Guelph or the surrounding area.


Production Responsibilities:

• Train skilled workers for efficient project execution.
• Manage workers' schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate resources and ensure crew members are adequately prepared for projects.
• Enforce quality standards to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Foster client satisfaction through open communication and excellence in service delivery.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses while identifying costeffective solutions.

Sales Responsibilities

• Go doortodoor for canvassing sessions and become a leadgenerating guru.
• Join our calling sessions to become a lead qualification wizard.
• Seal the deal on homeowner projects with your estimates.
• Keep track of your time like a pro with Google Calendar & Connect Teams.
• Attend our Management Program training/events and team meetings/events.
• Show us your drive to succeed, lead, and learn every day.

What We Offer:

Salary: $16.55-$30.00 per hour
