The Opportunity
At Limelight, you will be a pivotal team member to a dynamic and talented group of professionals. Our customers range from industry-leading financial services firms to fast growing start-ups.

Reporting to our Management team, this role will be responsible for overseeing all of our financial and accounting needs including Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, QuickBooks management, preparing for annual taxes, and filing US taxes.

What our Manager of Finance will do:

Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information
Predicting future financial trends
Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
Developing longterm business plans based on these reports
Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
Analyzing market trends and competitors
Proactively manage and monitor overall performance to drive accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables and achieve KPIs
Help to identify, implement, and monitor internal controls surrounding accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions
Monitoring and managing the organization's bank relationships and cash flow forecasting
Translate financial analyses into presentations suitable for senior stakeholders (CEO, CTO, and Board)
Oversee key accounting activities (payroll, client invoicing, receivables, payables commissions, suppliers, account reconciliations, account accruals)

And how do we know that's you? You have:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA, CMA, or CGA designation
7 years of previous Finance & Accounting experience
Experience working in SaaS industry is valuable
A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
Proficient in MS Excel and QuickBooks online
Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
Strong communication skills both written and oral
