Description

BRAEBON Medical Corporation is a leading developer of sleep diagnostic products.

We require a talented, self-motivated individual to join our Production Team.

This dynamic person will have responsibilities throughout the product lifecycle, including inspection, assembly, testing and troubleshooting of electronics and electro-mechanical assemblies, as well as product sustaining support.

Prototyping of potential NPI designs and the development of test jigs, some software may also be required; this an intermediate level position.

Job Function

In this role you will:

Assist in the manufacture electronic components and assemblies to ensure conformance with specifications and tolerances
Conduct life tests (burnins) on assemblies and record and analyze results
Build and test products to specifications
Solder and desolder (SMT) surface mount electronics components
Use comprehensive build instructions to manufacture products

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field
Completion of a postsecondary program in a related discipline preferred
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and responsibility in a team environment
Knowledge of electronics preferred
Strong communications and interpersonal skills, proficiency in both written and oral English is an absolute essential requirement.
Strong soldering and rework skills
IPC A 610 and JSTD certification an asset
Familiarity with ISO, FDA, or sixsigma an asset
Canadian citizen or permanent resident legally permitted to work in Canada
