Position Overview:

JRS College of Business and Healthcare is seeking a driven and results-oriented Admissions Advisor to join our PSW (Personal Support Worker) Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, converting leads into enrollments, and ensuring a seamless applicant experience from initial inquiry to registration.

This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools such as HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Lead Management

  • Manage and convert inbound leads into enrolled students
  • Conduct consultations (phone, virtual, and in-person) with prospective students
  • Perform cold calling and follow-ups to generate and nurture new leads
  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
  • Maintain high lead-to-enrollment conversion ratios

2. CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Accurately update and manage student records using HubSpot CRM
  • Track deal stages and ensure proper movement through the admissions pipeline
  • Monitor follow-ups, tasks, and automated workflows
  • Maintain clean and organized CRM data

3. Application Processing & Documentation

  • Guide students through the application and registration process
  • Assist with document collection and verification
  • Coordinate with Operations for enrollment confirmation
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and deadlines

4. Client Retention & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students
  • Address student concerns promptly and professionally
  • Ensure a positive admissions experience to enhance retention and referrals

5. Administrative Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports and track admissions performance metrics
  • Support marketing campaigns and webinar follow-ups
  • Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, admissions, or business development (Preferred experience in Education sector)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activities
  • Experience in lead conversion and pipeline management
  • Knowledge of application processing and documentation handling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Schedule:

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week.
  • 8-Hour Shift: Monday to Friday.

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French: Not required.
