Greendell Tiny Tots Nursery School is looking to hire a Child Care Assistant (CCA) to join our team of educators.

The position is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.

8:45am-11:45am. This term position will start immediately and go until June 22, 2023. This position has the possibility of renewal for the program year.

This position also offers additional hours (as needed) as a substitute in our Tuesday/Thursday morning program.

We offer paid professional development and will refund any costs associated with obtaining the required certifications (first aid/record checks) after you have been employed for 90 days.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Resume with cover letter

CCA Classification with a 40 hour course in Child Care

Current First Aid and CPR. (or willing to obtain immediately)

New Criminal Record Check (or willing to obtain immediately)

New Child Abuse Record Check (or willing to obtain immediately)

We are located in south St. Vital within walking distance from a bus route.

Located within the Greendell Park Community Centre

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 9-15 per week


Salary:
$16.05-$16.25 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

Experience:

• Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (preferred)
• Child Care Assistant Certification (required)
