Our NE Commercial Marketing and Print shop is a locally owned full service digital & commercial print shop in Calgary with over 20 years of experience.

Our print shop specializes in offset printing, digital printing, apparel printing, bindery, packaging, and distribution.

From design to output, we strive to deliver great quality printing and signage on time, every time and a customer service experience that no one can match.


We are looking for an Administrative professional who is self motivated, able to work without constant supervision, has an outgoing personality and passion for customer service to join our vibrant growing team.

You will be the ambassador of our company's first impressions on the guests and visitors.

It is your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet all incoming guests, help them with directions or needs they may require.

This role requires always maintaining a positive attitude and requires you to do your part to always make clients feel welcome at our shop.


Essential functions of the position:

Customer Care:_

  • Answering a 10 line phone system and assisting clients who visit our shop. Being courteous and professional when greeting clients, vendors and staff. Recognize that every phone call or visitor is a potential customer and do your part to ensure high service levels are met and no one feels the need to go elsewhere for their printing needs.
  • Look after visitors by offering drinks and snacks.
  • Dispatch sales phone to sales consultants
  • Handle overflow calls from service and take messages if necessary
  • Tracking leads
  • As the face of our company, a presentable and professional appearance is required

Invoicing and client order fulfillment:_

  • Every order that is completed, requires invoicing using Quickbooks. You will be tasked with accurate invoicing and informing clients when their order is ready to pick up.
  • Orders may require payment, so using a Clover POS system will be required
  • Some orders may require delivery in or out of town. You will be required to use various shipping methods to ensure clients receive their orders by pre assigned due dates
  • This position does require handling of boxes up to 30lbs as well as frequent trips to the warehouse floor
  • Our unique approach to commercial printing requires invoicing and client care tasks to be performed in a timely and accurate manner

Administrative responsibilities:_

  • Light admin duties such as filing, making coffee, keeping front office clean and organized and keeping customer and staff refreshment supply filled
  • Organizing and booking Company Events
  • Coordinating office care items such as arranging and monitoring office cleaners and maintenance personnel
  • Keeping office supply cabinets stocked with healthy inventory
  • Place approved orders of equipment or non inventory items when requested by management team.
  • Assist the President and Vice President on projects in an admin capacity
  • Assist the sales staff on tasks in an admin capacity

Qualifications:


  • 3 years of Office Administrative experience
  • Microsoft Office Experience
  • Ability to multi task
  • Quickbooks Experience or relevant invoicing experience, shipping or courier dispatch experience is not required but will be heavily favored

Schedule

  • Office hours are 8:30am 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
  • Overtime may be needed during peak season

From $18.50 per hour
