They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead their team and drive the store's success. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled service for their customers. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. Salary range is $50K-52K.

DESCRIPTION

Lead by example and inspire a positive and motivated team environment
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
Set sales targets and goals, and implement strategies to achieve them
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Foster strong relationships with customers and actively engage with the local community to drive store awareness and traffic
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement initiatives to enhance store profitability and growth

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a specialty store environment
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and point-of-sale systems
