Description
Responsibilities:
- Proficient knife skills and familiarity with deep fryer operations (ability to read English menu)
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Skills:
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Ability to handle various kitchen equipment and utensils
- Familiarity with different cooking methods and recipes
- Understanding of basic food safety principles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred
Job Types:

$15.00-$17.00 per hour
