_ Duties:
_


  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
  • Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Prepare repair estimates and explain them to customers
  • Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle repairs

_ Requirements:
_


  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for record keeping, CDK is an asset
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
