  • Among other areas of focus, we will train you to use our data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Lightcast) and provide you with education in First Nations principles of ownership, control, access, and possession (OCAP) through the First Nations Information and Governance Centre.
    Key Graduate Student Experience Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Build a researchinformed plan for data collection and analysis to underpin the development of equitable and inclusive supports for graduate student success across our diverse student population.
  • Work with the ULethbridge community to identify issues, best practices, and necessary supports for graduate student life.
  • Utilize websites, external web services and sites, social media tools, and print materials to implement communication plans addressing various stages and aspects of graduate students' programs.
  • Develop and implement graduate student orientation and onboarding activities, in partnership with other academic and nonacademic units, especially Student Affairs.
  • Assist in coordination and approval processes related to graduate curriculum development.
  • Carry out market research to determine what areas are in demand and what competition may exist.
  • Collaborate with External Relations to enhance graduate program alumni relationships and engagement.
  • Oversee student cooperative education and/or Graduate Assistantship positions in support of your role, as needed.
The University of Lethbridge is undertaking a job classification review for Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) positions. As such, the classification level currently assigned for this position may be adjusted as a result of this project.
Position Qualifications

  • This position requires that you hold an undergraduate degree and have experience or a formal background in gathering, analyzing, and reporting on data. Your strong communication skills will be critical to success in this position.
